Thai Massage
Thai massage combines assisted stretching and firm pressure techniques to ease muscle tension, improve flexibility and enhance overall comfort.
Delivered on a solid, custom-built massage table rather than a floor mat, this dynamic treatment uses rhythmic movement and gentle joint mobilisations to help increase range of motion, release tight muscles and encourage a sense of relaxation and ease. As with our other treatments, you undress to your underwear and are covered by towels throughout.
